Hop On VIP Shuttle Hospitality Partner Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 15, 2026

These Hospitality Partner Program Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Hop On VIP Shuttle Hospitality Partner Program (“Program”). By registering as a Hospitality Partner (“Partner”), you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.


1. Program Overview

The Hop On VIP Shuttle Hospitality Partner Program allows approved partners to earn commissions by referring customers who book transportation services through Hop On VIP Shuttle using the partner’s unique referral link.

Hop On VIP Shuttle reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any application at its sole discretion.


2. Partner Eligibility

To participate in the Program, partners must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate registration information.
  • Maintain an active and valid payment method.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading marketing practices.

Travel advisors, travel agencies, Disney vacation planners, cruise planners, concierge services, hotels, resorts, event planners, influencers, bloggers, and business referral partners are welcome to apply.


3. Referral Links

Upon approval, partners will receive a unique referral link.

Commissions are tracked through cookies and referral tracking technology.

Partners are responsible for ensuring their referral links are used correctly.

Hop On VIP Shuttle is not responsible for commissions lost due to:

  • Incorrect referral links
  • Browser cookie restrictions
  • Ad blockers
  • Customer privacy settings
  • Technical issues beyond our control

4. Commission Structure

Partners earn a fifteen percent (15%) commission on completed and paid transportation bookings generated through their unique referral link unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement with Hop On VIP Shuttle.

Commissions are earned only when:

  • The customer completes a booking.
  • The transportation service is successfully provided.
  • Full payment has been received by Hop On VIP Shuttle.
  • The booking is not canceled, refunded, disputed, or charged back.

Hop On VIP Shuttle reserves the right to offer special commission rates, promotional incentives, bonuses, or negotiated partnership arrangements to select partners or organizations.

Hop On VIP Shuttle reserves the right to modify commission rates or promotional incentives at any time with reasonable notice.


5. Commission Payments

Commission payments are generally issued monthly.

To qualify for payment:

  • Partner account information must be complete and accurate.
  • Any required tax documentation must be submitted.
  • Commissions must meet any minimum payout threshold established by Hop On VIP Shuttle.

Payments may be made via:

  • ACH Transfer
  • PayPal
  • Check
  • Other approved payment methods

Partners are responsible for any taxes associated with their commission earnings.


5A. Hospitality Partner FAM Ride Program

As a benefit of participation in the Hop On VIP Shuttle Hospitality Partner Program, eligible Hospitality Partners may qualify for a complimentary Familiarization (“FAM”) Ride.

Eligibility

Hospitality Partners become eligible for one (1) complimentary one-way FAM Ride after referring five (5) completed one-way transportation bookings through their unique referral link.

A booking is considered completed only after the transportation service has been successfully provided and payment has been received by Hop On VIP Shuttle.

For every additional five (5) completed one-way transportation bookings referred through the Hospitality Partner’s referral link, the Hospitality Partner will earn one (1) additional complimentary one-way FAM Ride.

Unused FAM Ride eligibility does not expire; however, Hop On VIP Shuttle reserves the right to verify referral activity and eligibility before approving any FAM Ride reservation.

FAM Ride Details

Eligible partners may receive one (1) complimentary one-way transportation service from Orlando International Airport (MCO) to Port Canaveral.

The FAM Ride is intended solely for the Hospitality Partner to personally experience Hop On VIP Shuttle’s services and better understand the customer experience.

Scheduling and Availability

FAM Rides are subject to vehicle availability, scheduling limitations, and operational requirements.

Advance reservation is required.

Hop On VIP Shuttle reserves the right to limit FAM Ride availability during peak travel periods, holidays, special events, or other high-demand dates.

Program Limitations

  • FAM Rides have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash, credits, discounts, or other services.
  • FAM Rides are non-transferable and may only be used by the eligible Hospitality Partner.
  • Additional passengers, additional stops, route modifications, gratuities, tolls, parking fees, or special requests may incur additional charges.
  • Hop On VIP Shuttle reserves the right to verify eligibility before approving a FAM Ride reservation.
  • Multiple earned FAM Rides may be accumulated and redeemed separately, subject to availability and scheduling requirements.

Program Changes

Hop On VIP Shuttle reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the FAM Ride Program at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility earned prior to any program modification may be honored at Hop On VIP Shuttle’s sole discretion.


6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Chargebacks

No commission will be paid on:

  • Canceled reservations
  • Refunded bookings
  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Chargebacks
  • Duplicate bookings
  • Self-referrals

If a commission has already been paid for a booking that is later refunded or charged back, Hop On VIP Shuttle may deduct the amount from future commission payments.


7. Prohibited Activities

Partners may not engage in any of the following activities:

Trademark Bidding

Partners may not bid on, purchase, or use any of the following trademarks or variations in paid advertising:

  • Hop On VIP Shuttle
  • HopOnVIPShuttle
  • Hop On Shuttle
  • Any misspellings or confusingly similar variations

Spam

Partners may not:

  • Send unsolicited email marketing.
  • Post spam on forums, social media, or websites.

False Advertising

Partners may not:

  • Make misleading claims regarding pricing, services, availability, or guarantees.
  • Impersonate Hop On VIP Shuttle.

Coupon Abuse

Partners may not promote unauthorized discounts, coupons, or promotions.

Self-Referrals

Partners may not book transportation services for themselves using their own referral link.

Cookie Stuffing

Partners may not use any technology intended to artificially place affiliate tracking cookies without a user’s knowledge.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.


8. Marketing Guidelines

Partners may:

  • Share referral links on websites, blogs, and social media.
  • Include referral links in newsletters sent to subscribers who have consented to receive communications.
  • Promote Hop On VIP Shuttle through ethical marketing methods.

Partners may not:

  • Represent themselves as employees of Hop On VIP Shuttle.
  • Create websites that appear to be official Hop On VIP Shuttle websites.
  • Use copyrighted materials without permission.
  • Use deceptive advertising tactics.

9. Intellectual Property

Hop On VIP Shuttle grants partners a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved logos, banners, and marketing materials solely for promoting Hop On VIP Shuttle.

All trademarks, logos, service marks, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Hop On VIP Shuttle.


10. Relationship of Parties

Participation in the Program does not create:

  • Employment
  • Partnership
  • Joint Venture
  • Franchise Relationship
  • Agency Relationship

Partners act solely as independent contractors.


11. Compliance with Laws

Partners agree to comply with:

  • Federal Trade Commission (FTC) endorsement and disclosure requirements
  • CAN-SPAM Act
  • Consumer protection laws
  • Privacy laws
  • Advertising regulations

Where applicable, partners must clearly disclose that they may earn a commission from referrals.

Example Disclosure:

“I may earn a commission if you book through my referral link at no additional cost to you.”


12. Program Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time.

Hop On VIP Shuttle may immediately suspend or terminate a partner account for:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Misrepresentation of services
  • Conduct that may damage the reputation of Hop On VIP Shuttle

Upon termination:

  • Future commissions cease immediately.
  • Valid earned commissions prior to termination may be paid at Hop On VIP Shuttle’s discretion.
  • Access to partner tools and marketing materials will be revoked.

13. Limitation of Liability

Hop On VIP Shuttle shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Tracking errors caused by third-party technology

The total liability of Hop On VIP Shuttle shall not exceed the total commissions paid to the partner during the previous twelve (12) months.


14. Modification of Terms

Hop On VIP Shuttle reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued participation in the Program following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
